For our team in Barcelona, we are looking for a motivated, structured and hands-on personality who enjoys taking ownership, supporting operational IT processes and contributing to the further standardization and professionalization of our global IT landscape.

The position is based in Barcelona for a period of 6 months. We offer a hybrid working model with a combination of regular office presence and home office, enabling both close collaboration with the team and flexibility in your day-to-day work.

Your mission

Your mission
In this role, you will support the global marketing team in executing our brand and communication strategy. You will play a key part in maintaining our digital presence, creating engaging marketing collateral, and coordinating our participation in major international pharmaceutical events.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Content Creation & Social Media:
    • You assist in drafting, designing, and scheduling engaging content for our corporate channels (with a strong focus on LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with Adragos brand guidelines
    • You support the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and external communication newsletters
    • You help maintain and organise our digital asset library, ensuring templates and brand elements are up to date
    • You support the creation of visual and multimedia content, including basic video editing (e.g., short clips, event reels) and image editing for our digital platforms 

  • Website Maintenance:
    • You support daily website maintenance using our Content Management System (CMS), including uploading news articles, updating services, and optimising page content
    • You assist in monitoring website traffic and tracking basic SEO performance
    • Additionally you will support in creating AEO focused content

  • Event Support:
    • You help coordinate and prepare Adragos’ presence at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events
    • You support the logistics of marketing materials, booth design preparation, and promotional campaign assets for events

  • Market Research & Reporting:
    • You conduct basic market and competitor research to identify industry trends and marketing opportunities
    • You monitor and compile monthly analytics reports for our social media channels and website performance

Your profile

You are a motivated student or recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in marketing within an international, fast-growing B2B environment? Then you could be a great fit for us.

You bring:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish or Greek is a plus but not mandatory
  • A current enrolment in, or recent graduation from, a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A strong passion for digital marketing, content writing, and brand management
  • First experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is highly advantageous
  • A proactive, hands-on, and curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent organisational skills, a structured way of working, and a keen eye for detail
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse, international team
  • Eligibility to undertake a 6-month internship in Spain or Greece
  • A strong plus: Practical skills or experience in video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.) and graphic design/image editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
